Live in Agreement with Nature
Clark Mollenhoff M.Ac., L.Ac.
Welcome to Mollenhoff Acupuncture
I am so grateful that you have found your way here, and I am very happy for the opportunity to help. Whether your concerns are physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual in nature, the principles at work are the same. Acupuncture is a regenerative therapy that supports and improves the capacity to heal through the regulation of the nervous system and the improved circulation of vital substances. It enhances the motivational centers of the brain and allows for deeper stillness, awareness, and insight. It has been used for over 5,000 years to help people find relief, resilience, and more meaning in their lives.
In and Out of Network Flexibility
We are proud to be in-network with leading insurance providers, including CareFirst, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and UnitedHealthcare.

Why Patients Choose Mollenhoff Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the practice of promoting better vitality and function on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Some of the objective results are improved blood flow, regulation of inflammatory response, and return to homeostasis. On a personal level you may notice a sense of peace, a reduction in pain, enhanced awareness, as well as an increase in motivation and the ability to rest more deeply.
Initial Consultation + Acupuncture Session
Our Initial consultation is to get to know each other, identify your goals and expectations for treatment. From there, we move into the treatment portion of the session, which along with needle insertion may include some gentle body work, and guided meditation depending on your individual needs.
Returning Patient Acupuncture Session
For returning clients, we focus on treatment and check in with any changes since our last session. Conversation about any observations you have had is integral to how we might adjust and adapt our treatment strategy to best fit your needs.
Winter Warming Treatment
Discover our upcoming New Year's Special service—a complimentary addition to your session. Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of moxibustion, a natural form of infrared therapy seamlessly integrated into your treatment. This extra feature enhances your session, delivering a deeper, more nourishing therapeutic experience.
There are many practices and therapeutic modalities that can help you improve and maintain your health. The most important ones are the ones you can integrate into your daily life. My intention is to support you to the best of my ability in areas of relief, recovery, and resilience building. My goal is to help you so that you no longer need my services, but I always hope to be someone you can return to over the years when you find you are need of more support.
I don't treat diseases, or symptoms, I treat the people experiencing them. Patterns of imbalance vary greatly from person to person and are deeply connected to an individual's unique nature, experiences and perceptions. Our sessions will become more tailored to your specific needs as we work together to discover what your symptoms may be telling us about your state of health.
Discovering and attending to thought patterns, belief systems, lifestyle choices, and what brings your life meaning can make a huge difference in improving your capacity for health.
I use engaged listening and conversation to help patients come to their own conclusions about what adjustments may be helpful, and then help strategize ways to implement them in an effective and compassionate way.
